    Terrible customer service. Won't stand behind/warranty their trades shoddy work. Their lawyer won't actually hold money in trust and just forwards it to the builder without the customers approval. Won't warranty things that were done improperly. Would not build with them again. Would build with Montana Homes again though.

    I am slightly happier with the customer service. The owner did finally come and do a walk through and fixed all but one issue that I had so I am happy about that. The last issue was with the sidewalk settling and pulling away from the garage and house. It wasn't properly prepped by their concrete contractor. The owner said he would replace it but that was two years ago. He gave me his word so I still have faith he will pull through but time will tell. Overall I am satisfied with the building experience.
