  I have lived in Edgemont Heights for a little over a year. It's a nice quiet masonry building with a great pool and gym, covered parking and an elevator. The elevator and the covered parking have got to be two of my favourite features. No lugging groceries up the stairs and it's so much easier to clean off your vehicle in the winter. I love my apartment; It is very spacious, has two bathrooms and I love the fact that the large balcony is covered even though we are on the top floor. The staff are great, they are all so friendly and helpful and the very few maintenance issues I have had have been handled quickly and very competently. In short, Edgemont Heights Apartments is just a great place to live.
